While initially impressed that the Chuwi HiBook can boot both Windows and Android systems, the PC World review ends up deciding that it comes short. Positives include a nice display, and a rugged keyboard attachment, but multiple detraction’s include lack of processing capability, user settings that don’t cross between the two operating systems, and issues with the track pad.
