Investigations are underway about the apparent leak at NSA. Hacking tools developed by the NSA were discovered and published by a group called the “Shadow Brokers”. That is putting sensitive materials into the hands of the public. The NSA is no stranger to leak, having had to deal with the Edward Snowden scandal a couple of years ago. The NSA’s methods and tools are showing a lack of concern for tech companies in its quest to further its surveillance needs.
