30-Day Limited Workmanship Guarantee
PCRuns stands behind the repair, installation, and refurbishment work it performs for 30 days after the serviced equipment is returned to the customer. If the same problem returns because of the workmanship performed by PCRuns, I will inspect the equipment and correct the covered workmanship without an additional labor charge.
This limited workmanship guarantee does not cover unrelated or newly developed problems, normal wear, failure of another component, the uncertain remaining life of used equipment or parts, customer-made changes, unsupported software, malware, physical damage, misuse, data loss, or problems caused by customer-supplied parts.
Used and replacement parts remain subject to any warranty offered by their manufacturer or seller. Data recovery, future reliability, and compatibility with future software or services cannot be guaranteed.
Ownership, Accounts and Unclaimed Equipment
You must own the equipment or be authorized to make decisions about it. Remove any equipment, files, accessories, or media that do not belong to you before drop-off.
Computers may remain connected to Microsoft, Google, Apple, business, or other online accounts even after local files are addressed. Sign out, remove the device from appropriate account lists, and cancel subscriptions or management services when necessary.
Equipment left with PCRuns should be collected promptly after notice that service is complete or that no work will be performed. The PCRuns unclaimed-equipment policy applies to devices and accessories that remain after repeated contact attempts and the stated holding period.
